Here at Neubauer’s Flowers we’re participating in an initiative to improve the lives of office desks everywhere, and it’s called “Desktop Awareness.” The message is simple: take a hard look at those work surfaces which, after a long winter, are likely cluttered, disorganized or just totally bereft. We’re calling upon you to do something about this sad predicament just ahead of Administrative Professionals Day on April 25. It’s time to refresh and revive those desks to the benefit of everyone in the workplace. It’s time to top those surfaces with plants and flowers.
A vase of tulips is stunning next to a tall monitor or in an empty corner of the desk. Better still if that desk is open to the room for everyone to enjoy the instant-Spring these showy beauties always bring to a space. Tulips are a huge pick-me-up and an overall brightener for desks big and small.
On the other hand, there’s nothing like a desktop plant or dish garden to literally oxygenate the air and help rid it of toxins. Here a mix of plants provide a lot of interest and texture, as well as bringing life to the room and helping to keep it healthy. Desktop gardens are the perfect item to put on a desk because they pack a lot of punch despite their small package.
Make your admins and everyone else in the office happy this Administrative Professionals Day with a dose of new plants and flowers.
