We always embrace the year's new holiday trends, whether it's rainbow trees or projectors that make it look like it's snowing on your garage. But we also love the classic, traditional decor of the holidays, which are just around the corner. As you begin to think about how you might deck out your own home for Thanksgiving and beyond, give a little thought as to how you might bring the same level of cheer to your office. This year, instead of driving yourself and your family crazy creating the perfect Thanksgiving, consider finding ways to enjoy the day and the people in your life with a simplified meal that allows you to relax with the people you’re most thankful for. Order food to be delivered from your favorite restaurant, create a watch list of favorite holiday movies, and settle into a fun evening of family down-time. You can even design a Thanksgiving buffet table in your living room for serving your casual meal, complete with Thanksgiving linens, fancy (but disposable) dinnerware, and a gorgeous centerpiece from Neubauer’s Flowers to cap off the look. It's Fall, and that means it's time for texture. Tons and tons of texture. It's layered into our candles and spiced coffees. We put it in our pies, lay it out in our blankets and pillows. Even our front doors, crowned with lush, harvest-hued wreaths, entice us to draw closer and look deeper. Neubauer's Flowers has all that in a floral design, many floral designs. But if we have to pick out just one that is indicative of the kind of texture we're talking about, well we can make the tough choice. Read More about Set Fall Aglow With Rich Textures And Colors »

We're lucky here in Pennsylvania--Sweetest Day isn't celebrated everywhere else in the country. Started in Cleveland in the early 1920s, this was a day designed by a group of candy makers who, well, wanted to sell candy. But the idea caught on, and soon communities across the midwest were exchanging chocolates and candies of all stripes with their sweethearts and loved ones. Held on October 20, Neubauer's Flowers thinks this is one sweet occasion--pardon the pun. We see it as fall's Valentine's Day, a time to give our favorite people a special treat and to remind them that we love them. Read More about What To Get Your Sweetie On The Sweetest Day »

Some of the best things come from some of the most unexpected places. Take Neubauer’s Flowers for example. We started out growing plants in greenhouses in West Virginia before including floral design. Another great idea that came out of West Virginia is Grandparents Day. This special day was started by West Virginia native Marian McQuade with three purposes in mind: to honor grandparents, to give them an opportunity to show love for their children’s children, and to help children become aware of the strength, information and guidance older people can offer. This September, fulfill these purposes and build relationships with a gorgeous arrangement from Neubauer’s Flowers. Read More about Keeping The Best Floral Traditions Alive »
A burst of white against deep, rich hues can be the fresh twist your decorating needs. Adding all-white floral arrangements to a solid, dark-colored room brings a fresh contrast that will off-set the heavy colors and fabrics. Lend texture and sophistication to a stately room by using a bouquet of flowers of all one shade. White makes a statement and can showcase fragrance, texture and style that might be missed or overshadowed in a bouquet of mixed colors. The floral experts at Neubauer’s Flowers have created amazing designs that will leave you craving more white in your decorating pallet.
